At HUB Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original HUB branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
